About PASA
PASA is a professional organization designed specifically for entry-level and mid-level associates working at accounting firms across America. We are the only professional accounting society to address the issues that affect entry-level and mid-level accounting professionals. In fact, we are the only accounting society that actively recruits members of all levels of experience.
PASA was founded under the ideal that everyone in the public accounting industry needs to have a voice. All accounting professionals, no matter what their experience level, need a place to network and openly communicate their ideas, opinions, and insights. PASA has partnered with accounting societies at the collegiate level in order to help bring more students into the industry. By giving back to the next generation of public accountants we believe that we can grow the profession and individual careers.
If no one has ever asked you to join a professional organization or if you believe that the other accounting societies do not address all of the important issues, then we are the group for you. Tap into a network of your peers and join PASA today!
History of PASA
PASA was founded in 2005 by a group of accountants working at several different public accounting firms across the country. The original founders of PASA created an informal network of co-workers and friends in the industry. From its humble roots, the organization has grown into the number one network of entry-level and mid-level public accounting professionals.
The PASA website went live in May 2006, which enabled the organization to reach out to many more new members. Through our commitment to providing the best member benefits possible and the most current industry information, we are certain that PASA will continue to be the preeminent organization of its kind.
